Position: Inventory Control Clerk

Location: Irvine, CA

Position Description: The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting receiving and shipping activities, and ensuring material is properly tracked, stored, and issued in accordance with company procedures. This role supports production, planning, and quality teams by ensuring inventory accuracy and availability.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience with inventory control, warehousing, or materials management
• Basic knowledge of inventory transactions (receiving, issuing, transfers, cycle counts)
• Ability to work accurately in an ERP/MRP system
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, stockroom, or inventory experience
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (training provided)
• Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience in a manufacturing environment

Education: High school diploma or GED required

Travel: Minimal to none

• Warehouse and manufacturing environment
• May be exposed to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures

Salary: $26.44 an hour - $28.84 an hour

Salary depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus. The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of salary or annual bonus.
