Role Overview

As a Janitorial/Sanitation Worker, youll help ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our production areas, warehouse, and facility. Your work will directly support food safety, quality standards, and the efficient flow of operationswith room to develop into leadership or technical roles as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, conveyors, floors, and facility surfaces
• Safely disassemble/reassemble machinery for sanitation procedures
• Operate sanitation tools and approved chemicals responsibly and in designated areas
• Complete sanitation checklists and maintain cleaning records as required by GMP and company policy
• Maintain a hazard?free environment in accordance with safety and hygiene protocols
• Uphold GMP, HACCP, Food Defense, and Food Safety standards
• Communicate any violations or concerns promptly to facility management
• Stay active throughout your shift and contribute positively to your team
• Support weekend cleaning on occasional Saturdays (overtime available)
• Consistent and reliable attendance is required

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in food, flavor and beverage manufacturing is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and focused on detail
• Comfortable in a fast?paced production environment
• Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food safety
• Follows instructions and adheres to protocols and company policy diligently
• Team?oriented with clear communication skills
• Flexible and open to changing priorities

Dress Code & Safety

• Hairnets, smocks, gloves, and protective eyewear provided
• No jewelry, makeup, nail polish, or piercings during working hours

Compensation

Pay range: $16.50 $19.00/hour based on experience

Benefits (after 90 Days)

• MondayFriday schedule with some overtime and occasional Saturday work
• 1st Shift 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• 2nd Shift 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Location & Schedule

• On?site role at our facility in Orange, CA and Anaheim, CA
• Full?time position with steady hours
• Opportunities to move into lead or supervisor roles
