This is an exciting career opportunity in our branch network and ideal for candidates intent on providing excellent customer service and who understand the importance of teamwork./ppResponsibilities/pulliGreeting all members and customers, determine their need and provide legendary service/liliProvide DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services as required/liliReach sales and service goals (and earn incentives!) for multiple AAA products and services/liliPreparing and providing TripTik travel routes, marked road maps, tour books, and other travel-related materials/liliIssue passport photos/liliAccept payments for the various products, provide accurate change and receipts; balance and reconcile cash drawer/liliMake hotel and car rental reservations for members and provide travel destination information/li/ulpQualifications/pulliExperience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment/liliProven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals/liliMust be able to obtain and maintain valid notary license as required/liliExperience with Microsoft Office basics/liliMust be available to work Monday through Friday during office hours, and Saturdays in accordance with branch requirements./liliAbility to travel locally when necessary/liliA high school diploma or GED/liliFor offices that offer notary services, Notary Public must be obtained within 1 Year/li/ulpThe starting pay range for this position is $22.00-$23.00 per hour.
