Job Title: Stock Room Clerk
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Saturday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Saturday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
Start Date: ASAP

As a Stock Room Clerk, you'll support the management of inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials to the Production floor. You will closely collaborate with the production team to maintain an accurate inventory database and execute essential transactions, ensuring traceability and compliance with company standards.

What You'll Do:

As a Stock Room Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing cycle counts of parts utilizing the ERP System.
  • Receiving materials into stock and managing transactions for inventory outflow.
  • Maintaining strict control over all incoming and outgoing transactions in the Stockroom.
  • Keeping inventory organized within defined locations and boundaries.
  • Executing materials transactions using the FIFO method and documenting Lot Numbers.
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
  • Being flexible with work hours to meet production demands.
  • Delivering excellent service to the Production Floor to support their daily goals.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethics code.
  • (Sit-down forklift experience preferred but not required.)
What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Education: High School Diploma.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in inventory management, ERP system knowledge, and cycle counting expertise.
  • Personal Characteristics: A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Sit-down forklift experience preferred but not required.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift and maneuver inventory items as necessary.
