Well established Long Beach Workers' Compensation Defense firm is seeking an Associate who possesses a valid California law license with a minimum of 5 years of Workers' Compensation experience. This position offers a Partnership track.

Responsibilities:
Represent clients at different WCAB's
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
Advise clients on plans of action and case handling recommendations
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
Comply with all legal standards and regulations

Qualifications:

Current member of the California State Bar with no disciplinary actions

Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in Workers' Compensation law

Familiarity with various Workers' Compensation legal documents and procedures

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
