Then this Process Engineer-Wet Etch could be the right fit for you. Responsibilities: Maintain and optimize wet etch processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Monitor and control process performance, troubleshoot yield issues, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Develop and introduce new processes to resolve quality concerns and eliminate bottlenecks. Install and qualify new equipment and process technologies to support production goals. Collaborate on technology transfers and participate in cross-functional troubleshooting initiatives. Lead task teams and manage small to medium projects, supporting integration and quality objectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery, improve process capability, and drive reliability improvements. Required Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field Minimum 3 years of wet etch process engineering experience in fast paced manufacturing environment Demonstrated knowledge of wet etch principles, theories, concepts, and techniques Expertise with Akrion, DNS, SEZ, and/or Semitool wet etch tools and processes Strong organizational and leadership skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize shifting business needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a global team environment Experience with experiment techniques, data analysis, and statistical analysis software (e.g., JMP) Six sigma certifications preferred Knowledge of PROMIS WIP management and JMP statistical analysis software preferred Benefits: Leading healthcare.
