Job Summary

We are seeking a Security Clubhouse Attendant to join our team! As a Security Clubhouse Attendant, you will ultimately be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members and guests, checking them in and out, verifying their identity, communicating and enforcing rules. You will also need to assist in answering questions about the beach or accommodations, maintain a clean and organized environment, and work closely with other members of the team to ultimately give guests a great experience. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and is comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greet clubhouse members and verify their identity and membership status
• Be a friendly, welcoming face for new and existing members, often answering questions about the beach
• Maintain a clean, neat work environment
• Communicate and enforce rules

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience desired
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Guard Card
