Helper / Floater - 3rd Shift
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift (9:30 PM - 5:00 AM)
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Training: Must be able to train on 1st shift for the first 3 weeks

Join our team at a leading sheet metal manufacturer as a Helper / Floater. In this role, you will assist workers across various departments, with a primary focus on the Deburring Department. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are adaptable and eager to learn multiple aspects of the production process.
Responsibilities:
- Support production teams in different departments
- Assist with deburring and finishing sheet metal parts
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of production and manufacturing processes
