Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Must be at least 18 years old

Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs safely with proper technique

Must be able to stand, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and peak business periods

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or event rental industry

Familiarity with handling inventory or equipment

Basic use of dollies, hand trucks, or pallet jacks (certification is a plus)

Key Competencies:

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and accuracy

Quick learner who can follow instructions and adapt to changing tasks

Strong multitasking and time management skills

Detail-oriented and organized

Works well independently and as part of a team

Good verbal communication and a positive, professional attitude

Responsibilities:

Load, unload, and organize event rental items (tables, chairs, linens, etc.)

Clean and inspect equipment before and after use

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and order

Follow all company safety protocols and procedures at all times

Participate in basic maintenance and care of tools and equipment

Assist with deliveries and customer pickups as needed
