Position: Lead Warehouse Associate

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Available Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:45 PM

Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Lead Warehouse Associate, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for maintaining departmental organization, scheduling staff, and executing daily work plans in collaboration with your supervisor. Your contributions will enhance warehouse safety, accuracy, productivity levels, and overall facility maintenance, making a significant impact on our operational success.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

• Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to optimize warehouse efficiency.
• Foster a positive workplace culture by supporting team-building initiatives.
• Uphold safety programs to guarantee a clean and secure working environment.
• Motivate and direct the floor team to achieve high levels of efficiency, quality, and accuracy.
• Oversee warehouse overtime to ensure productivity goals are met.
• Allocate tasks to associates effectively to meet daily production targets.
• Assist in training new hires and provide ongoing development for team members.
• Identify and report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
• Perform other duties as required to support warehouse operations.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Competence in operating various warehouse equipment, including manual and electric pallet jacks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with candidates and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Physical capability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Effectively prioritize and manage responsibilities and duties.
