The Office Administrator Assistant ensures the smooth running of our companys offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth by supporting the Office Administrator and the Branch Manager. As the Office Administrator Assistant, you will complete clerical and administrative tasks for the office. Some of your main duties include welcoming and directing visitors, coordinating meetings and appointments, and performing clerical tasks, like answering phones and responding to emails as well as other ad hoc tasks as needed.
