We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our team in Chino, CA. Our Warehouse Lead is responsible for performing standard warehousing duties of loading and unloading orders, stocking inventory, and maintaining the warehouse. The Warehouse Lead also opens products for inspection, makes repairs to new furniture (if needed), lines up products, follows issued loading lists, loads products into a trailer orderly and safely, and keeps the warehouse clean and free of debris.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily functions of receiving HHGs for storage
  • Perform warehouse functions such as loading and unloading orders, stocking inventory, and maintaining warehouse
  • Monitor house and assign tasks to Warehouse team
  • Utilize Inventory Control System (Windfall)
  • Plan, organize and control overall warehouse operations
  • Secure stock in warehouse
  • Oversight daily distribution of work assignments and material flow
  • Operate heavy forklift in compliance with OSHA requirements

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
  • Minimum of 1 year of Warehouse experience (2 years preferred)
  • Background in distribution and logistics (required)
  • Experience using barcode scanning system (preferred)
  • Forklift certification (preferred)Furniture handling experience and distribution experience (preferred)
  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs, carrying, pushing and/or pulling
  • Fundamental knowledge of inventory control
  • Willingness to implement safety procedures and standards in all warehouse operations
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities with temperature extremes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask in a fast?paced environment
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages and fractions

Physical Requirements
  • Stand, walk on non?forgiving surfaces such as concrete, wood, metal, including fiberglass ramps placed at a 30?degree angle
  • Use fingers, hand or feel and reach with hands and arms
  • Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, crawl and climb stairs
  • Occasionally lift, push, pull and/or move up to 75 pounds without mechanical aid
  • Specific vision abilities including close vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus and accurately read written and computer?generated information in English
  • Work in extreme weather environments (both a climate?controlled warehouse and outdoors in all?weather conditions)
