Overview

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met. This role leads a team of production associates, manages workflow, and works closely with management to support production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for production team members
• Enforce company safety policies and ensure proper PPE use
• Monitor workflow and adjust as needed to meet schedules and customer demand
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance
• Hold safety meetings and support a safe work culture
• Work with maintenance and quality teams to resolve equipment and product issues
• Maintain accurate production, attendance, and performance records
• Report daily updates, staffing needs, and challenges to management
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings (metal or aluminum experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality standards
• Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand / walk for extended periods
