Warehouse Fulfillment and Logistics for a small distributor located in Costa Mesa CA.

This is a long-term Temporary position with possibility of Temporary to Hire with 6-8 hour work days, depending on business peak,. Hours will be between 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Pay range is $23-25/hr, depending on experience. Must be available to work overtime during the week and weekends, as needed. Must be minimum 21 years of age.

Key Performance Areas

1. Strategic Operations: You will act as the "operational hub," linking sales, events, and leadership. You aren't just moving boxes; you are implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scaling logistics systems.
2. Inventory & Compliance: You must manage accurate cycle counts and ensure all activities comply with strict California alcohol shipping and storage regulations.
3. Team Leadership: You are responsible for the full lifecycle of the fulfillment team.
4. High-Stakes Fulfillment: The role oversees retail orders, corporate gifting, and wine clubs, requiring high attention to detail to prevent shipping errors or breakages.

• Technical Proficiency: You must be comfortable with data entry, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and navigating warehouse management systems (WMS).

• This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
• High school diploma or GED
• Min 3 years of warehouse experience with 1 year of as a warehouse lead is preferred.
• Proficient in typing, data entry / spreadsheets, and navigating various software programs.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Docs, and other productivity tools is highly valued.
