The Senior Administrative Assistant is an integral part of the Corporate Affairs team. This position provides support to five senior executives for administrative needs, document management, budget and vendor management, community outreach coordination and communications needs. The ideal candidate is highly detailed, adaptable and a talented communicator and relationship builder.
Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, and travel logistics for the communications and public affairs executive team
Handle day-to-day office operations, including IT requests, supply procurement, expense reporting, and onboarding new staff members
Oversee the drafting, formatting, and proofing of critical materials such as media articles, reports, and high-level presentations
Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including vendor relations, contract tracking, and invoice processing within the department budget
Support public affairs initiatives by managing stakeholder contact lists, organizing community events, and maintaining a corporate photography database
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
2 - 5 years
Strong proficiency with Google products (Mail, Drive, Calendar, Meets, Google Docs, Slides, Sheets), Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Adobe
Base Pay Range: $34.52 - $42.60
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
