Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a leading global manufacturer to recruit for a Part-Time Office Administrator role based onsite in Mission Viejo, CA. Location: Fully onsite in Mission Viejo, CA 92691 Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Schedule: 9 AM to 3 PM, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the office area is maintained at a high standard and all office supplies are readily available, i.e., whiteboard markers, tissues, cables are neat and tidy, whiteboards are cleared of information (end of each day), etc.
  • Meet and greet visitors, guests, and clients.
  • Meeting Preparation Coordination, including but not limited to Global Town Halls, Local Town Halls, re-occurring leadership meetings, project check-ins, meetings for visitors/guests, etc.
  • Coordinate and manage all catering requirements, including all-site lunches
  • Responsible for sourcing and ordering office supplies / equipment, including all stationery and office welfare needs.
  • Sort through US mail and coordinate package and deliveries at the office
  • Act as the go-to person for any office-related questions and needs
  • Provide administrative support to the site HRBP, including:
    • Actively participate in monthly safety meetings including acting as a site safety lead, and coordinate site wide safety trainings with direction from our Corporate EHS Managers
    • HR Processes: File storage and coordination
    • Coordinate activities relating to the organization of all HR events and engagement activities (such as Employee Service Anniversary Celebrations and Birthday Celebrations) and support in the facilitation when required.
    • Provide support with the coordination of 'New Hire Orientations' as needed.
Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred
  • 1+ year of related experience
