Job Summary

Keep the kitchen clean and the operation flowing! As a Dishwasher, you will support kitchen operations by ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen tools, dishes, and equipment. You'll maintain cleanliness standards, contribute to a safe working environment, and ensure readiness for culinary success.

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Capability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Experience with commercial dishwashing equipment preferred
• Knowledge of basic sanitation and safety practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors and trash stations
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machinery
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with organizing storage areas and restocking as needed
