Job Title: Training Coordinator (Immediate Need)
Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday plus, OT and weekends as needed
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 DOE
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a detail oriented, organized Training Coordinator to support both the in house training academies, the training and sales teams in the field, and provide support to both internal and external customers. The Training Coordinator is responsible for providing trainer support, updating related reports, customer service and overseeing day-to-day activities.
The Training Coordinator responsibilities:
- Oversee logistics for training classes held in the CA academy location; including registrations, hotel arrangements; food/meals; and transportation(when necessary)
- Handle logistical issues for MDF groups such as (but not limited to): hotel bookings/issues, meal and beverages for trainings, travel and entertainment requirements when needed
- Respond to interoffice and customer inquiry communications
- Provide follow up for training attendees as needed; including (but not limited to) certificates, literature/manuals, parts kits and shipping data, and surveys
- Work with the marketing department on funding requests and payments for training, such as MDF. Maintain records and provide invoices for payout after training as needed
- Provide support and back up to other training coordinators, and fulfill any required cross training to maintain a high level of support
The Training Coordinator requirements:
- 2-4 years' experience in administration required
- Self-motivated, working well independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, customer service, and time management skills
- Excellent at multi-tasking
- Bachelor or AA degree from an accredited college/university in a related field
- Experience in an educational, training, or event planning position
- Experience in the HVAC, Plumbing, or Hydronics field a plus
