Connect Staffing is seeking Warehouse Associates for a waitlist at a large distribution facility in La Mirada, CA. Positions may include Picking & Packing Associate, Repacker, and Repack Loader in Ambient, Cooler, and Freezer environments. Weekend availability is required.

Requirements for Warehouse Associate:

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to perform rapid physical work.

• Ability to stand for long periods, up to 8 hours.

• Must have non-slip shoes.

• Comfortable working in Ambient, Cooler (35°F / 2°C), or Freezer (-5°F / -20°C) environments for extended periods.

• Prior experience in roles such as Warehouse Worker, Order Selector, Loader/Unloader, Picker/Packer, Material Handler, or Repack Associate is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:

• Select, verify, and pack customer orders using handheld devices.

• Break down pallets, label items, and put away incoming inventory.

• Stage and load pallets by route, scan items, and sort packages.

• Open bulk cases, repackage items, and organize product for distribution.

• Perform cycle counts and check product quality to support inventory control.

• Clean work areas, remove debris, and operate a baler as needed.

• Work in ambient, cooler (35°F / 2°C), or freezer (-5°F / -20°C) environments as assigned.
