JOB SUMMARY

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Primary duties of this position consist of receiving and organizing inventory, packaging
and shipping inventory, and daily upkeep of the warehouse.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receiving inventory into our database
• Photographing Inventory for our website
• Organizing and putting away inventory
• Packaging and Shipping customer orders
• Keeping the warehouse organized and clean
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned

METRICS
Accuracy of inventory.
Completion of daily work including receipt of all incoming inventory and shipping orders
correctly and timely.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Not applicable. This position has no direct reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Detail oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate
• Ability to multi-task and work at fast pace

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
• Some technical competency
• Problem solving abilities
• Good communication skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school or equivalent GED certification.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping,
kneeling, crouching or crawling
• Frequent walking
• Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
• Lifting requirements include continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds, frequent lifting of
up to 35 pounds, occasional handling up to 100 pound

COMPENSATION:

• The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $39,520 - $43,680 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
