Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Shipping Data Entry Clerk positions in Santa Ana, CA . Responsibilities:

• Reviewing mortgage loan files for completion and accuracy.
• Updating loan files.
• Data entry support for the loan servicing department.
• Responding to requests and inquiry from client companies.
• Auditing files for accuracy before shipping out to customers.
• Serve as the liaison between the clients and other internal departments.

Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred or HS Diploma with 2-4 years' relevant job experience working with mortgage loans in a document review, file clerk, auditor or working in a data entry capacity.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications/Programs.
• 45 WPM typing skill level - Passing Data Entry Skill Test Scores Required .
• Strong attention to detail / Accuracy and Efficiency are of HIGH importance in this role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• MUST have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain professional demeanor with clients.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
