HIRING: Executive Assistant / PA / Right-Hand Operator (Logistics + SaaS)

📍 Irvine, CA (In-person) | 🕗 Mon–Fri, 8:00am–8:00pm | Weekends Required, but remote 💼 Full-time

The Role (Read this carefully)

I'm not hiring an “assistant.”

I'm hiring a right hand—someone who can execute with context, protect priorities, and keep momentum when I'm not in the room (and sometimes when I am).

I run two growing businesses:

• East West Trading (logistics brokerage)
• A logistics SaaS company (tech + growth)

This is an embedded operator role. You'll help drive outcomes, not just manage tasks.

The Details (Clarity upfront)

Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, in-person, Monday–Friday, Remote Sat-Sun for 2-3 hrs total

Location: Irvine, CA (home office) — if that's not comfortable, this isn't the right fit

Compensation:

• Base: $7500/month
• Year-end bonus: up to $55,000 based on KPIs
• Total year-one: up to $145,000

Bonus is tied to outreach KPIs + pipeline creation. This is performance-driven.

What You'll Actually Do

1) Business Development & Outreach (KPIs live here)

• Reach out to logistics managers at target companies
• Identify potential deals, partnerships, and intro paths
• Send high-volume, high-quality outreach (email + LinkedIn)
• Research prospects and build clean contact lists

2) Executive Support (high trust, high speed)

• Manage my calendar across two businesses
• Coordinate business + personal priorities without dropping balls
• Track deliverables, chase follow-ups, keep commitments moving
• Be someone I can think out loud with—then turn it into action

3) Research & Operations

• Market intel for the brokerage (competitors, lanes, opportunities)
• Market + product research for the SaaS business (positioning, outreach angles)
• Build and maintain trackers, reports, and spreadsheets

Who You Are (Non-negotiables)

• Fast learner with sharp judgment
• Strong communicator (written + verbal) — you can get responses from cold outreach
• Excel proficient (formulas, pivots, data management)
• Self-equipped: you have your own laptop
• Calm under pressure; long days don't break you
• High integrity + discretion (you'll be in my home and around sensitive info)
