Volt is immediately hiring for a Production Technician for a company located in Anaheim, CA.

As a Production Technician you will:

• Day to Day Responsibilities
• Troubleshooting, repairing, identifying issues, and deviations from specs, and taking necessary action.
• Report, batch records, equipment logs, document and communicate interdepartmental issues to engineering, quality, and production
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, such as assembly machines, and conveyors, to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
• Follow SOPs and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide support in other areas of the production process as needed.
• Ensure that production meets quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Special projects, provide support for the production process as needed.

This is a full time opportunity. 5 days a week. 8+ hours per day.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2 to 3 years of production technician experience.
  • Comprehension of blueprints and schematics.
  • Expertise in soldering, testing lCs and troubleshooting.
  • Must have experience with properly handling electronic components, observing ESD procedures, etc.
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to write comprehensive and detailed reports.
  • Strong decision-making skills and result-driven.
  • Experience in electronic product manufacturing in an lSO9001 environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, ERP, SAP and MRP.
  • Must be able to lift and move heavy objects approx. 20 to 50 lbs.

• Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Nice-to-have skills that would make a candidate more competitive but are not required.
  • BS/BA in Electrical Engineering or relevant field is preferred.
  • Education or Certification in the industry preferred

Schedule: 8:00AM to 4:30PM

Days: Monday through Friday

Pay Rate: $26.00 to $27.00 per hour
