Assembly Technician - Huntington Beach, CA
$28.00 to $30.00/Hourly
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team in Huntington Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with bearing and bushing installation, knowledge of threaded inserts such as Keenserts and Heli-coils, and a background in aerospace manufacturing. If you have a keen eye for precision and the ability to interpret technical blueprints, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly tasks involving bearing and bushing installations.
- Install and manage threaded inserts, including Keenserts (key-locking inserts) and Heli-coils (helical wire inserts), commonly used in aerospace, transportation, and precision manufacturing applications.
- Accurately read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications to ensure proper assembly and quality standards.
- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the assembly process.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly challenges.
- Proven experience with bearing and bushing installation.
- Solid understanding of threaded inserts, particularly Keenserts and Heli-coils ( helical inserts).
- Background in aerospace manufacturing or related industries.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
