North Orange COunty, CA: Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Customer Service Rep who also has experience with Dispatching. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in customer service, dispatching, and administrative duties. Experience within the construction is highly desired.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming client calls for service
• Dispatch drivers and service technicians to various job sites
• Process invoices, pricing details, and confirm job costs of service repairs
• Provide updates to clients regarding the status of their service requests
• Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar customer service/dispatcher role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in the construction, scheduling and dispatching.
100% in-office position
