We are searching for a Warehouse Specialist to support material flow and product movement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is essential to keeping operations running smoothly by accurately tracking inventory, staging materials for production, fulfilling internal requests, and supporting outbound logistics.Key DutiesReceive, check, and document incoming goods against packing slips or purchase ordersPlace raw materials and completed parts in proper storage locations for quick access and optimal use of warehouse spaceMaintain up-to-date inventory records through the warehouse system and perform routine spot countsOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment to move materials safely and efficientlyLoad and unload trucks and secure freight to prevent damage during transportPrepare shipments, packaging products to meet customer requirements and quality standardsAssist in material transfers between departments based on production schedules and job prioritiesRequired Experience & SkillsPrevious warehouse experience in a manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with inventory control software or warehouse systemsexperience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling toolsExperience using handheld scanners or mobile devices for inventory tasksAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to work in compliance with ITAR regulations (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or another protected individual)Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceExperience:Manufacturing: 3 years (Required)Inventory control: 3 years (Required)Forklift: 3 years (Required)ERP systems: 3 years (Required)Pallet jack: 3 years (Required)
