Job Summary: The Inventory Control Associate will assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by counting and reporting results of physical counts and assist in re?warehousing of product.

Time Type: Full time

Job Family Group: Market Operations

Schedule: Monday through Friday start at 7 AM

Compensation: $24/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct physical counts of product, including cycle counts, aisle checks, vintage verification, and other checks as needed.
• Track physical counts, looking for trends.
• Identify product that can be removed from forward pick locations.
• Research driver shorts, hand back order, and any other invoice delivery issues.
• Assist in returns process, putting bottle and cases in storage locations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No prior experience required
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs including presentation software
• Results?oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills, diplomacy, and discretion, and customer service skills
• Ability to multi?task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
• Analytical and reporting skills
• Utilize sound judgement and problem?solving skills
• Ability to work in fast?paced, high?volume, team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment
• Possess a valid drivers license

Physical Requirements

• May be required to remain in a stationary position at times; communicate, and operate a computer and telephone
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

• Accountable for meeting own targets, work is reviewed periodically.
• Problems encountered will be defined, repetitive, and routine with a solution readily available.
