Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | $22-$27/hr | Onsite

We're hiring a Temp to Hire Shipping Coordinator to support logistics operations. This position works closely with production, sales, and customer service to ensure accurate and timely freight coordination. The right candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating across departments.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily LTL shipments and freight quotes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are prepared and shipped accurately
• Manage shipping documentation, including export paperwork and return processing
• Work within the ERP system to track shipments and update inventory
• Serve as a liaison between logistics and production to resolve issues and minimize delays
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance overall shipping efficiency

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience using shipping software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required for verbal and written communication
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred, not required)
