What You'll Do:

  • Explain and showcase product features, while offering personalized suggestions based on customer preferences.
  • Achieve targets related to customer satisfaction, sales growth, and customer retention.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Participate in workshops, events, and product demonstrations.
  • Support team members during busy periods.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of current Cox products and those of competitors through regular training.
  • Be adaptable and may need to work in different locations within the same area.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED, with up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven ability to meet sales, retention, and customer experience goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Flexible and able to connect with a diverse range of customers.
  • Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable moving around the store to engage with customers.
  • Technologically savvy and quick to learn new products and services.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to lift 25-50 pounds for inventory management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some college coursework in sales, business, or management.
  • One year of experience in sales, retail sales, or customer service.
  • Experience selling wireless/mobile products.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
