Overview

Join Oliver Healthcare Packaging as a Customer Care Representative. This role provides customer service, project management, and account management support to internal and external customers, playing a critical role in order management.

Responsibilities

This role ensures timely processing of orders, confirms realistic delivery dates, and develops long?term relationships with assigned customers and key stakeholders. The representative liaises between customers and cross?functional internal teams to ensure successful delivery of orders according to customer needs.

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree in a business?related field, or comparable experience.
  • 2 years of related customer service, sales or account management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong teamwork and problem?solving skills.
  • Ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships within and outside the organization.

  • Diplomatic handling of diverse interpersonal styles.

Technical Skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with CRM, ERP and business applications.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry into computer systems.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent learning and presentation skills.


Compensation

$24.00$27.00 per hour.
