What we offer you

  • Stable Monday–Friday schedule 9am - 5:30
  • Salary ranges from 41K – 52k depending on experience.

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish: to help our life long bilingual clients
  • Friendly problem-solver who genuinely enjoys helping others
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable on the phone and at a computer.
  • Fast learner with a growth mindset
  • Team player who collaborates and communicates clearly
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and calculator
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Organized, structured, punctual, and compliant with procedures

Experience; Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
  • Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
  • Education requirement H.S. diploma, or higher
Job Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and carrier partners via phone, email, and written communication
  • Support teammates with follow-up and next steps for clients and prospects
  • Research and resolve coverage questions accurately and efficiently
  • Respond promptly to client requests by phone or electronically
  • Maintain organized client files and process routine correspondence (paper and multiple software systems)
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
  • Assist with general office duties as needed
  • This is an on-site position
