Manage the overall Dealer Tools Program including trade‑in tools, messaging/chat tools, test‑drive solutions, inventory syndication tools, and additional digital tools as the program expands.
Oversee program strategy, operations, performance, health, and growth initiatives.
Support the Program Manager in program oversight and assist in delivering strategic program improvements.
Client & Vendor Management
Act as a client‑facing contact—presenting insights, leading discussions, and advising on digital strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, vendors, and agency partners.
