Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Information Technology Consultant based in Corona, CA, with some remote work opportunities. The consultant will provide specialized IT consulting services to clients, offer technical support, analyze and resolve IT issues, and recommend solutions for optimization. The role involves collaborating with businesses to understand their technology needs and delivering tailored solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with IT Consulting and consulting methodologies
• Strong analytical skills to assess and solve complex technology issues
• Expertise in Information Technology and Technical Support
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor'S degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or similar, are considered an advantage
