Requirements

• Proven experience as a caregiver (Minimum 2+ Years Preferred)
• Current HCA (Home Care Aide) registration
• Valid Driver License, Caregiver must be comfortable driving our client
• Successful completion of a Live-Scan (Criminal Background Check)
• Recent TB TEST ((Tuberculosis Test) or Chest X-RAY
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Valid drivers license with reliable transportation
• Respectful, compassionate, and professional demeanor
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• Caregiver will provide companionship, emotional support, and promote clients' social engagement
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing grooming, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Support mobility and transfers, including safe lifting when necessary
• Monitor and document clients' health status and reporting changes
• Administer medication reminders
• Maintain a clean and safe, and comfortable environment in accordance with safety protocols
• Uphold clients rights while ensuring dignity, respect, and compassionate care
• Build positive relationships with clients and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or related fields is (preferred)
• Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients
• Compassionate caregiver, patient, and professional demeanor when working with individuals in need
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Proven ability to manage responsibilities efficiently and effectively
• Knowledge of memory care and supporting clients with cognitive impairments
• Genuine passion for helping others and improving their quality of life
