Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all aspects of business and commercial litigation.
• Handle cases involving real estate disputes, breach of contract, trade secrets, intellectual property, and securities litigation.
• Develop case strategies, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in business/commercial litigation preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
