Human Resources Director – Hybrid (Irvine, CA)

ARG is partnering with a privately held, quickly growing company in Irvine to hire their next Human Resources Director. This is a newly created, hybrid role reporting directly to the VP of HR. The HR team is already high‑functioning; this position is being added to provide senior‑level oversight, leadership, and expertise across the function.

Location: Irvine, CA
Salary: $130,000.00–$180,000.00

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, retention programs, and compliance functions
• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to the senior management team
• Focus on HR strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and growth plans
• Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices
• Oversee employee benefits and annual compensation planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 10+ years' of professional HR experience
• Enjoy working in a fast paced, high growth environment
• Ability to multi‑task, organize, and prioritize work
