Order Entry Specialist

Description:

The CSR will handle customer inquiries, process routine orders, track deliveries, and resolve issues with professionalism and strong customer service skills. This role requires close coordination with customers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Process orders received via phone, fax, and EDI.
  • Manage standing orders and special pricing agreements for assigned regions.
  • Support field sales and service teams with daily inquiries and order placement.
  • Provide shipment information and proof of delivery when needed.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in all order-related tasks.
  • Develop knowledge of company products and assist with special projects as assigned by the manager.
