RETS has been retained by our client, a family office in Newport Beach, to recruit a Property Manager for its 660K SF Southern California industrial portfolio. Our client is a 45 year commercial real estate firm specializing in industrial, flex, and low-rise office properties across California, Nevada, and Arizona. In this role, you will serve as the property management expert within the family office. This position will oversee and manage property operations and financial activities; provide superior service to tenants including relationship building and resolving issues quickly and effectively, while managing tenant satisfaction to ensure a high level of tenant retention. In addition, this role has a fiduciary responsibility to ensure that all income due to the owner is collected in a timely manner and to manage operating and capital expenses against the owner-approved budget with the goal of meeting or exceeding NOI goals. This position will also work closely with internal departments-including accounting, leasing, construction, and asset management-to align property-level operations with ownership objectives. Success in this role requires someone who can work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5 years' experience of commercial property management, Industrial is preferred but not required.
• Real Estate Salesperson License preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and property management software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong financial acumen and attention to detail
