This position requires the assembling of parts according to instructions and within a specific time frame, while using the appropriate tools and/or equipment according to safety and quality standards, as well as carrying out any other duties as directed by the Leadman or Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products
* Perform quality work checks to insure the product meets quality standards
* Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified
* Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
* Assembling units as directed by the trainer, Lead or Supervisor with quality in mind in a specified time frame.
* Performed adjustments needed to ensure factory settings and specifications using schematics and/or engineering documentation.
* Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
* Must be able to climb up ladders.
* May be required to work beyond normal business hours when necessary.
* Supporting company policies and procedures, goals and objectives, ISO policies, and good manufacturing practices.

* Forklift and Overhead Crane Preferred.
* Be able to use the metric system.

* Must have assembly experience.

* ISO experience a plus.

* High attention to detail and self-motivation skills

PAY RANGE
* $24.00-$26.00/HR
EDUCATION and QUALIFICATION
* High School education preferred.
