Essential duties:
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures, which include IATF, ISO, ISMS, TISAX, QMS, and safety-related policies.
* Performs manual packaging or operates NGK packaging equipment
* Checks and confirms production quantity as specified by control plan, work instructions, and key points
* Perform record keeping of production and inspection
* Perform and record periodic function check
* Understand all work instructions pertaining to workmanship and quality requirements
* Comply with requirements for quality, productivity, safety, and company policies
Other Functions:
* Perform warehouse housekeeping and workplace 5S
* Participation in Safety, Wellness, Quality Circles, and Kaizen campaigns and programs as needed
* Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Academic Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
* Minimum 6 months of production or related experience preferred
* Good communication skills in writing and verbally, using the English language
* Good organizational skills
* Basic math skills
* Ability to safely operate various packaging and warehouse-related equipment
* Possess mental faculties consistent with performing at least the minimum essential functions of the job required
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to operate a keyboard and mouse
* Ability to see and hear (correctable)
* Ability to communicate (oral and verbal) in the English language
* Ability to lift 50 lbs. on own and/or over 50 lbs. with assistance
* Ability to walk, stand, or sit for long periods of time and use repetitive motions
* Ability to climb, kneel/squat, bend, lift, carry
* Ability to push, pull, grasp, reach, twist
* Ability to work at heights and/or using ladders or lifts
* Ability to work overtime on a regular basis (often at short notice)
* Ability to wear steel-toe shoes and Personal protective equipment (PPE)
Working Conditions and Potential Hazard:
* Non-climate-controlled environment
* Normal warehouse hazards
