We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a crew on various construction and site projects.
Responsibilities:
Perform general construction duties, including site preparation, material handling, equipment operation, and cleanup.
Operate power tools, machinery, and other job-related equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist with installation, assembly, and maintenance of job site structures and equipment.
Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and OSHA regulations.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications.
Transport tools, materials, and crew members as needed.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license (required).
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (required).
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
Prior construction or labor experience preferred.
Preferred Certifications:
Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Heavy Equipment Operator Certification or Crane Certification
