A food production company in San Clemente is expected to have an opening for a Forklift Driver in the near future. This individual will be working in receiving/inventory picking and pulling the ingredients from the pallets/boxes. You will be working in and out of the freezer, so come prepared for the cold environment (10 to 40 degrees). Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred. The hours are Mon-Fri 7AM to 4:30PM and some Saturdays (plus required overtime). The starting pay is $21/hour. Responsibilities:

• Receiving/put-away: Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas
• Quality: ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances.
• Order Picking: Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.
• Equipment: Load: Unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a Stand-Up Forklift, pallet jack, or other power equipment. Use radio Frequency equipment for picking, receiving, put away, and load functions, as required.

• Must have at least 1 year experience operating Stand-Up Forklift and Rider Pallet Jack
• Experience with Raymond Reach Lift is helpful
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours with or without reasonable accommodation
