Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing accounting services team. This is a critical role in supporting our small business clients by delivering accurate and timely financial reporting. Location: Tustin, CA 92780 (Onsite, with potential for hybrid)

Pay

Pay Rate: $30–$35/hr (W2)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients
• Prepare bank reconciliations and financial statements
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with clients as needed

Required Experience

• 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience
• 3–5 years of working in a client-facing role
• Previous experience supporting gas stations, fuel distributors, or similar industries

Preferred Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Familiarity with Accounting CS (Creative Solutions Software Suite) is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems
• Capable of managing multiple projects independently
• Clear and professional communication (verbal and written)
