Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route and servicing and selling within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• DOT medical certification obtained prior to first day of employment.
• Documentation of prior employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and teamwork to meet goals.
• Positive attitude with ambition, organization, and service spirit.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions.
