Our client is a leading manufacturing solutions company seeking a Director of Finance to lead their accounting and finance operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee core accounting functions, including AR/AP, budgeting, forecasting, tax reporting, and internal audits
• Maintain accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
• Manage financial records and reporting across multiple entities
• Support strategic planning and executive decision-making through financial analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management
• Prior experience working with small to mid-sized companies
• Strong understanding of sales tax compliance across multiple states
