Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team, specializing in the packing and handling of garlic products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring garlic is sorted, packed, and prepared for shipment efficiently and accurately. This role plays a key part in maintaining the quality and timely delivery of products.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate - Packing Garlic

Department: Warehouse/Production

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule- Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm

Pay Rate- $18

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting and Inspecting: Sort garlic by size and quality, discarding any damaged or unusable items.
• Packing: Weigh, bag, and package garlic according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Labeling: Ensure all packages are accurately labeled for shipping and inventory purposes.
• Inventory Support: Track and record quantities packed, updating inventory systems as needed.
• Quality Control: Ensure all garlic products meet company quality standards before packaging.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines, including proper handling of food products and equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Work with other warehouse associates to meet daily and weekly production goals.
• General Maintenance: Keep the packing area clean and organized, disposing of waste materials appropriately.

• Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, packing, or food handling is preferred but not required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to [25 lbs], stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality during sorting and packing processes.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability: Willingness to take on additional tasks as needed in a dynamic work setting.
