Join our Inventory Control team as an essential member, where you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy of inventory within our Fulfillment Center (FC). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to daily operations through inventory auditing, counting, and collaboration with various teams to ensure optimal inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily cycle counts and recounts in alignment with system requirements.
• Assist the Put Away Team in inventory consolidation efforts.
• Monitor inventory locations and identification throughout the shelving area.
• Track and report non-conforming items to ensure inventory integrity.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies swiftly and accurately.
• Inspect the Fulfillment Center daily for correct inventory carton placement and organization.
• Return misplaced products to their proper locations at the end of each day.
• Enter data into the computer system for cycle counts, inventory moves, and additions.
• Maintain necessary files and documentation for compliance.
• Participate in special projects and be cross-trained in various FC tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or GED preferred, with 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills are essential.
• Ability to stand for long periods and maintain a physically active role; must be able to lift 50 lbs safely.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Detail-oriented and team-focused attitude is a must.
• Prior experience in retail/ecommerce, particularly in receiving and inventory control, is a plus.
