Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in cabling, infrastructure, CAD design, CCTV, and access control to oversee and drive the successful delivery of technical projects. This is a fully remote position requiring a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to cabling, infrastructure, CAD designs, CCTV systems, and access control.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all projects meet technical specifications, regulatory standards, and client expectations.

Team Collaboration & Coordination

• Collaborate with technical teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage cross-functional teams remotely to deliver quality outcomes within deadlines.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, provide clear communication, and track progress.

Quality Control & Risk Management

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all deliverables meet client standards and industry best practices.
• Document project progress, challenges, and resolutions for future reference.

Client Management & Reporting

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
• Provide regular project status updates and comprehensive reports on milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining customer satisfaction and project scope integrity.

Technical Oversight

• Ensure technical accuracy and feasibility of CAD designs and infrastructure plans.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of CCTV and access control systems.
• Stay updated on industry standards and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in cabling, infrastructure, CAD design, CCTV, and access control.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple complex technical projects with measurable outcomes.

Skills

• Strong project management skills with experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Technical proficiency in CAD design software (AutoCAD) and CCTV/access control systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Knowledge

• Deep understanding of cabling standards, infrastructure requirements, and system installations.
• Familiarity with CAD design processes and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of security systems including CCTV surveillance and access control technologies.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience managing remote technical teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements for security systems.
