Key Responsibilities

  • Execute receiving, trimming, fixation, die-cutting, and measurement processes for porcine pericardium tissue following approved procedures

  • Use tools such as blades, scissors, forceps, dies, and microscopes to perform precise tissue processing

  • Operate equipment such as fume hoods, presses, and measurement instruments in accordance with safety and GMP standards

  • Verify work against specifications and record all activities per good documentation practices

  • Maintain accurate Device History Records (DHRs) and ensure traceability of all materials and processes

  • Support manufacturing, R&D, and engineering teams with process improvements and new product development

  • Participate in root cause investigations for nonconforming materials

  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies at all times



Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1+ year of experience in tissue processing, cleanroom, or medical device manufacturing environment preferred

  • Familiarity with GMP and regulated manufacturing procedures

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise, repetitive tasks

  • Comfortable handling animal tissue and wet processes

  • Basic computer literacy and solid communication skills
