Medical Device Assembler – 1st Shift
Location: Irvine, California
Type: Contract to Hire
Shift: Monday–Friday, Start times between 4:00 AM–6:30 AM

What You'll Do
Operate machinery to produce high-quality medical devices
Inspect products using microscopes
Prepare items for packing and sterilization
Mix polymers and spray coating formulations
Coat, inspect, and fold balloon catheters
Maintain GMP compliance and cleanroom standards
Package sterile and non-sterile goods
Replenish supplies and build components for work orders
Complete daily cleaning tasks
What You Bring
1+ year experience in medical device manufacturing
Comfortable working with chemicals and microscopes
Able to stand for the entire shift
Medium-level English proficiency
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with cleanroom gowning/de-gowning
Willingness to work overtime and weekends
Work Environment
Cleanroom setting
Two 30-minute breaks (one paid, one unpaid)
Hands-on work with precision tools and chemicals

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
